Accreditation

Trinity College London is a leading British examinations board, providing internationally respected examinations, qualifications and assessments. In the field of TESOL/TEFL, Trinity College London is very prestigious and is widely recognised by employers and authorities around the world.

The International Training Network 5-week and modular TESOL courses are accredited by Trinity College London and accord with its strict guidelines. A Trinity College moderator inspects the centre and the trainees' work at the end of every such course.

This moderation of the courses ensures that the high standards of the qualification are maintained.  The Trinity College London CertTESOL is accredited at Level 5 on the National Qualifications Framework regulated by Ofqual (the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator).

International Training Network is accredited by ABLS (The Accreditation Body for Language Services).  The aim of ABLS is to provide a rigorous, external quality assurance system for providers of English language services.

Accreditation is awarded to those organisations which successfully pass the stringent inspection process. It ensures that accredited organisations provide high standards of teaching, as well as the requisite levels of support for the benefit and well-being of students.

ABLS is approved by the UK Border Agency for the purposes of those non-national trainees from outside the E.U. who need to obtain a student visitor visa for Britain.

"The Trinity College certificate opened doors for me internationally. When I applied for teaching jobs, schools were keen to employ me as soon as they heard I had this TESOL certificate". Kim W.

Short, intensive and very practical teacher training courses have been the standard initial TESOL (TESL) teacher preparation in Britain for many years.

Courses leading to the Trinity College London CertTESOL and the Cambridge CELTA are the most popular, as these certificates are highly acclaimed and are recognised by employers around the world.

A course leading to a Trinity College London certificate will follow the syllabus dictated by Trinity College, who carefully check the standards of every course and every trainee.

Accreditation by ABLS ensures that all aspects of the training centre are of a high quality.  Only well-run schools can be accredited, and can apply for visas for non E.U. trainees.
